What is butterfly clicking?
Butterfly clicking uses two fingers — usually index and middle — alternating on the same mouse button. Each finger clicks in turn, roughly doubling your click rate to 15+ CPS in bursts.
How to butterfly click
- Place two fingers side by side on the left button.
- Tap them alternately: one down as the other lifts.
- Find a steady rhythm before chasing speed.
- Keep bursts short to stay accurate.
Drawbacks
Butterfly clicking is inconsistent and some anti-cheats flag the irregular double-inputs. It's also hard on the switch. Use it where it's allowed.
